3D Visualizers and Junior Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for both talented 3D Visualizers and Junior Architectural Draftsmans to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering softwares. The candidate will be responsible for creating photo-realistic 3D models of architectural projects. You will be creating technical drawings for residential and commercial Projects in AutoCAD.

Experience: 3 Months to 2 Years

Education Qualification: B.Tech Civil or B.Arch

Responsibilities For 3D Visualizers:

• Create photo-realistic 3D models of architectural projects.
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements.
• Use 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software to create 3D models.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time
• Stay up-to-date on the latest 3D technology and software
• Well Strong in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software
• Strong understanding of 3D principles and techniques
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as 3ds Max
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software, such as V-Ray
• Strong understanding of 3D principles and techniques
• Collaborative and supportive work environment

Responsibilities For Junior Architectural Draftsmans:

• Generating all types of drawings (False Ceiling, Wall Elevations, MEP and AC Layouts), as instructed for a project.
• Take up individual responsibilities of the project when called upon to do so
• Responsible for preparing AutoCAD presentation drawings
• Preparing working drawings for Architecture & Interior projects.
• Preparing Elevations, sections Detail drawings, and as-built drawings for all projects.
• Ensuring all project architectural deliverables and drawings are correct and are on timelines.
• Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.
• A passion for doing high quality work.
• The ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
