Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with a passion for interior design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating design concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations that bring our interior design projects to life. Responsibilities: Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and translate conceptual ideas into photorealistic 3D visualizations. Create detailed interior renders, mood boards, and visual presentations for client review and project development. Utilize software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion or other relevant tools) to model, texture, light, and render spaces, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with designers, architects, and other team members to refine and enhance visualizations, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments. Stay updated on industry trends and tools, bringing in new techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of visual outputs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Requirements: Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role within the interior design or architecture field. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.) and rendering tools. Strong understanding of design principles, spatial awareness, and interior design concepts. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate design concepts into realistic 3D visualizations. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to clients. A portfolio showcasing a range of interior design visualization projects is required.
