3D Visualizer

As a 3D Visualizer at our studio, you will collaborate closely with the interior design and 3D visualization teams to create 3D renderings and animations for various interior projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches, or real-life objects using specialized rendering software. - Applying textures and employing appropriate lighting techniques to enhance the models. - Working in coordination with designers to grasp the design intent and produce 3D visuals. - Engaging in the production of high-quality imagery, including post-production tasks. - Ensuring the delivery of top-notch information within specified time frames. - Undertaking any additional tasks as required or assigned. To excel in this role, we expect you to possess: - A minimum of 4 - 7 years of experience as a 3D visualizer in interior projects. - Proficiency in 3D-StudioMax, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Familiarity with advanced Unreal Engine and Blender software. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. - Expertise in producing quality imagery with skills in lighting, texturing, and post-production. - Good understanding of technical drawings for Interior Design. - A team player mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to exceed expectations. - Adherence to our company's core values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.
