3D Visualizer

Key responsibilities:

Create 2D / 3D Designs by understanding the requirements

Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, technical drawings, sketches, and design briefs.

Develop and refine textures, lighting, and materials to produce realistic and compelling visuals.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and design concepts.

Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to make revisions and ensure client satisfaction.

Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing work and meeting strict deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling and rendering software and techniques.

Essential skills and qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, D5, Revit, and Lumion.

Creative Skills:

Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a good eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present work to clients.

Problem-solving:

Ability to interpret complex information, identify discrepancies, and solve technical or design-related challenges.

Organization:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Experience:

A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work is often required, along with experience in a similar role.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is often preferred.
