3D Visualizer (Sketchup & D5 Render)

The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models, photorealistic renders, and animated walkthroughs for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and has a keen eye for detail, material realism, and lighting.   Key Responsibilities  3D Modeling: Produce accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes using SketchUp, based on 2D drawings, sketches, or architectural plans.  Rendering and Visualization: Utilize D5 Render for real-time visualization and to produce high-quality, photorealistic still images, animations, and 360-degree panoramas.  Lighting and Materials: Create realistic lighting setups and apply materials and textures to models within D5 Render's real-time environment to achieve the desired visual mood and effect.  Animation and Walkthroughs: Produce dynamic 3D animations and flythroughs using D5 Render to showcase design proposals.  Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and ensure the accurate visual representation of concepts.  Workflow Integration: Use the D5 LiveSync plugin to maintain a seamless, real-time connection between SketchUp and D5 Render, allowing for immediate visualization of design changes.  Asset Management: Use D5 Render's extensive asset library to populate scenes with realistic elements, such as vegetation, furniture, and characters.  Post-Production: Apply post-processing techniques using software like Adobe Photoshop to enhance and finalize rendered images.  Quality Control: Ensure all visualizations meet high standards of quality and are delivered within project deadlines.     Required Skills and Qualifications  Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field is preferred.  Software Proficiency:  Expert: SketchUp (3D modeling) and D5 Render (real-time rendering and animation).  Proficient: Adobe Photoshop or other post-production software.  Experience: Proven experience in 3D visualization, preferably with a portfolio showcasing high-quality renders and animations created using SketchUp and D5 Render.  Creative Abilities: A strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail, with a focus on producing photorealistic results.  Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, textures, and lighting.  Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively translate design concepts and collaborate with a project team.  Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines.
