As a 2D/3D Designer at our company, your role will involve creating high-quality designs by understanding project requirements and collaborating with architects, designers, and other team members. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating 2D/3D designs based on project requirements - Developing realistic 3D models, renderings, technical drawings, sketches, and design briefs - Refining textures, lighting, and materials for compelling visuals - Collaborating with the team to ensure project requirements are met - Incorporating feedback from clients and stakeholders for revisions and client satisfaction - Assisting in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials - Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines - Staying updated with the latest 3D modeling and rendering software and techniques To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: - Technical proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, D5, Revit, and Lumion - Strong artistic and creative abilities with attention to detail and visual storytelling - Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client presentations - Problem-solving abilities to address technical and design challenges - Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively - A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and experience in a similar role - A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our location.,
