As a 3D Visualizer- Exterior at INFINITY, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D exterior models and photorealistic renderings for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Your role will involve interpreting architectural drawings, collaborating with team members, and ensuring timely delivery of visualizations for presentations and marketing purposes. You will also be required to stay updated on the latest visualization tools and techniques in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D exterior models and photorealistic renderings - Interpret architectural drawings to create accurate visualizations - Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers - Ensure timely delivery of visualizations for presentations and marketing - Manage textures, lighting, rendering, and post-production work - Stay updated on the latest visualization tools and industry trends Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field - Proven experience in exterior 3D visualization (minimum 2-4 years preferred) - Proficiency in software like 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop - Strong understanding of exterior architecture, landscaping, materials, and lighting - Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Additional Company Details: INFINITY is an architecture firm based in Pune.
