Design Legends Group is a leading architectural firm specializing in innovative designs for residential, commercial, and public spaces. We focus on bringing our architectural concepts to life through stunning visualizations and animations. We're looking for a talented 3D Animator to join our creative team and help elevate our projects through high-quality 3D animations.

Responsibilities:

• Create realistic 3D animations to showcase architectural designs and concepts.
• Work closely with architects and designers to visualize architectural projects in motion, including walkthroughs, flythroughs, and other animations.
• Produce high-quality 3D renders, animations, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Develop dynamic camera movements, lighting, textures, and materials to bring architectural designs to life.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure animations align with project goals and timelines.
• Work on interior and exterior architectural visualizations for presentations, marketing materials, and client proposals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in architectural animation and visualization techniques to continually enhance the quality of outputs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator or Architectural Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation work, especially in architectural visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural concepts, design, and the ability to translate these into effective animations.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) for model integration and animation.
• Solid knowledge of lighting, texture mapping, and rendering techniques for architectural animation.
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to bringing architectural designs to life through animation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and other team members to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Lumion) for interactive animations or VR walkthroughs.
• Knowledge of post-production tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for animation editing.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and the integration of BIM models into 3D animations.
