3D Printing Engineer

As a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Printing Engineer, your role will involve operating and maintaining advanced 3D printers like Saturn Ultra Pro or Jupiter, and designing compatible files using 3D design software. Your blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering high-quality 3D-printed products. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain 3D printers, including Saturn Ultra Pro and Jupiter models, to ensure optimal performance and output quality. - Prepare, calibrate, and troubleshoot 3D printers for various production tasks. - Design and modify 3D models using software such as Blender, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools. - Convert 3D models into compatible file formats (e.g., STL, OBJ) suitable for 3D printing. - Perform slicing operations using appropriate slicing software for efficient material and print time usage. - Conduct post-processing tasks like cleaning, curing, or finishing printed objects as needed. - Maintain a log of daily operations, including printer usage, maintenance schedules, and material consumption. - Collaborate with design and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver precision-engineered outputs. - Research and recommend advancements in 3D printing technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance production efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in operating and maintaining 3D printers, especially Saturn Ultra Pro and Jupiter models. - Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent. - Strong understanding of 3D printing processes, materials, and post-processing techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with 3D printers effectively. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management skills. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,
