3D Printing Engineer

You will be responsible for: - Operating and maintaining 3D printers and related equipment - Designing parts for 3D printing using CAD software like NX, SolidWorks, Fusion 360 - Choosing suitable materials such as polymers, metals, ceramics, and composites - Performing finishing processes like support removal, surface treatment, and heat treatment - Developing and improving 3D printing processes to ensure quality and consistency - Working closely with product teams to quickly prototype and improve designs - Troubleshooting printing issues and analyzing failures - Documenting processes and sharing best practices - Keeping up with new trends and technology in additive manufacturing What we are looking for: - Experience in metal 3D printing (like DMLS and SLM) - Knowledge of design optimization or simulation tools - Experience with robotic or automated 3D printing systems - Familiarity with industry standards (ISO/ASTM) - Certifications in additive manufacturing are a plus Qualifications: - Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar Experience Required: - Bachelors degree: 7+ years in 3D printing or additive manufacturing - Diploma: 10+ years in 3D printing or additive manufacturing,
