Your responsibilities will include: - Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, and priming 3D printed parts in preparation for painting. - Paint Selection and Mixing: Choosing and mixing paints, varnishes, and other finishes to achieve the desired color and texture suitable for 3D printed materials. - Application of Finishes: Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to 3D printed parts. - Quality Assurance: Ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to safety and environmental regulations specific to 3D printed materials. - Repair and Touch-Up: Performing repair and touch-up work on existing painted 3D printed parts. - Maintenance: Maintaining and cleaning equipment, tools, and work areas. - Project Execution: Following blueprints, specifications, and instructions to complete painting projects for 3D printed parts. - Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members and communicating effectively with supervisors. - Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects. - Industry Updates: Staying updated on industry trends, new techniques, and safety practices related to painting 3D printed parts.
