Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Modeller to create accurate anatomical models, organ systems, medical instruments, and complete Skill Lab 3D walkthroughs. The candidate will work closely with clinicians, biomedical engineers, and the product development team to build photorealistic 3D assets used in simulators, training content, videos, and immersive learning experiences.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about medical 3D modelling and detailed realistic design work.

Key Responsibilities1. Anatomical 3D Modelling

Create accurate, high-detail 3D anatomical structures (organs, tissues, vessels, fetal structures, joints, procedural models).

Work with medical faculty to ensure clinical accuracy and realism.

Build surface and volume-based anatomical models using CT/MRI/DICOM references.

3D Skill Lab & Environment Design

Create 3D hospital environments, skill labs, simulation rooms, and equipment layouts.

Develop interactive 3D walkthroughs for training and simulation centers.

Ensure high-quality lighting, texturing, and rendering.

Product Visualization & Animation

Produce 3D renders and animations for educational and marketing content.

Provide optimized models for Unity/Unreal VR/AR projects.

Develop models suitable for 3D printing and prototyping (STL/OBJ).

Collaboration & Workflow

Work closely with clinicians, designers, and engineers.

Follow structured model pipelines, version control, and organized file practices.

Deliver work within timelines without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree/diploma in Animation, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Fine Arts, etc.

1–4 years of experience in 3D modelling (medical/technical preferred).

Proficiency in:

Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush

Substance Painter / Photoshop

Unity / Unreal Engine (basic integration)

Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, texturing, basic rigging.

Ability to model both organic (anatomy) and hard-surface (equipment) assets.

Excellent attention to detail and anatomical accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with CT/MRI/DICOM data.

Experience creating VR/AR optimized models.

Knowledge of clinical procedure animation and motion graphics.

Understanding of 3D printing workflows.

Familiarity with medical equipment and hospital layout.
