JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE: 3D Modeller (Instrumentation)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: ITI/Diploma

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4-8 Years

JOB LOCATION: Mumbai (Kanjurmarg)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Candidate must mandatorily have experience in Control & Instrumentation Detailed Engineering of Process Plants such as Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG facilities.

Other responsibilities include: • Candidate shall be well conversed and familiar mainly with AUTOCAD PLANT 3D / REVIT and shall be able to execute following activities:

• Modelling of Cable trays, Cable Fittings, Support Arrangement, Instruments, Junction Boxes, Panels & Air Headers with respect to correct input documents.

• Able to independently handle project on designer level with minimum guidance.

• Assign the correct attributes and status to instruments, JBs, trays, panels & Supports etc. in 3D model. • Able to co-ordinate with other discipline like Civil, Architecture, Electrical & Piping.

• Check the model with respect to P&ID, equipment datasheets / vendor drawings, other discipline inputs before passing over the document to engineer.

• Incorporate model review comments and develop final model and AFC documents.

• Co-ordinate with 3D-Admin for non-availability of Instrumentation components, any additional input required to execute the 3D activities on project.

• Extract & prepare AFC drawings like Tray Layouts, extract and annotate field instrument layouts etc.

• Extract various 3D reports from 3D model and submit to engineer.

• Pro-actively participate in 3D-Model reviews & Vendor discussion.

• Candidate shall be well versed with standard engineering practices/API standards etc. followed related to Instrumentation.

• PDMS/E3D modelling experience shall be extra advantage.

• Candidate shall be a good team player and shall have good communication ability (verbal and written).

• Overall Knowledge of Plant layouts

• Well versed with following software's, o SPR ( Smart Plant Review)/Navisworks o Microstation o ACAD all versions

• Preparation of material take offs (MTOs)

• Modelling of Instrument cable trays, Field Instruments, Junction boxes etc.

• Coordination with other disciplines for different layouts, modelling activities etc.
