Job Description :-

• 3D Modelling: Create detailed and accurate 3D models for architectural projects using advanced modelling techniques.
• Visualization: Develop high-quality visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects and design teams to integrate 3D models into project workflows and enhance design accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all 3D models and visualizations meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Creative Input: Provide innovative solutions and creative input to improve the visual representation of architectural designs.
• Software Proficiency: SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience in 3D modelling and visualization, specifically within the architectural sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field. Specialized training in architectural modelling is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in leading 3D modelling and visualization software tools.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Certification in advanced 3D modelling techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
