3D Modeller and Visualizer

You will be responsible for 3D Modelling by creating detailed and accurate 3D models for architectural projects using advanced modelling techniques. Additionally, you will need to develop high-quality visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. It is important for you to work closely with architects and design teams to integrate 3D models into project workflows and enhance design accuracy. You must ensure that all 3D models and visualizations meet project specifications and quality standards. Your creative input is valuable to provide innovative solutions and enhance the visual representation of architectural designs. Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed and accurate 3D models for architectural projects - Develop high-quality visualizations and renderings - Collaborate with architects and design teams - Ensure quality assurance of 3D models and visualizations - Provide creative input to improve visual representation - Utilize software proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of professional experience in 3D modelling and visualization within the architectural sector - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant field; specialized training in architectural modelling preferred - Proficiency in leading 3D modelling and visualization software tools - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the job type for this position is Full-time.
