3D Modeler

The role requires you to create accurate and high-quality 3D models from architectural drawings. You should be able to interpret architectural drawings effectively and produce precise, low-poly, and error-free 3D models. Experience in rendering both exterior and interior environments is necessary. Your responsibilities will include cleaning Autocad drawings for import into 3D Max, working on various projects with evolving requirements and tight deadlines, and independently modeling projects with minimal supervision. To qualify for this position, you need to hold a bachelor's degree and possess expertise in 3Ds Max modeling techniques. Proficiency in 3Ds Max and Vray (or similar rendering software) is essential. Preferably, you should excel in low-poly architectural modeling techniques. An ambitious mindset, the ability to collaborate within a team, a sharp eye for detail, and creative problem-solving skills are key attributes. You must stay abreast of the latest software trends, have knowledge of architectural terminology and products, and be capable of interpreting complex architectural drawings such as contoured site plans for senior modeler roles.
