3D Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop

  3D stage designs, event setups, exhibition stalls, product display zones, and experiential spaces

  based on creative briefs.
• Produce

  realistic 3D renders

  , walkthrough animations, and design mock-ups for client presentations.
• Work closely with the

  creative, production, and client servicing teams

  to understand project requirements.
• Convert 2D concepts into detailed

  3D renderings and technical layouts

  .
• Ensure design feasibility by coordinating with production teams on materials, fabrication techniques, and structural limitations.
• Create

  graphic elements, branding layouts, and visual themes

  for event environments.
• Deliver designs within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and creativity.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new design technologies, and emerging event formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or related fields

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in

  3D design and rendering software

  such as:
• 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Knowledge of AI tool/software for 3d will be an added advantage
• V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot, or similar rendering engines
• Strong understanding of

  event setups, spatial design, lighting, materials, and fabrication processes

  .
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing 3D concepts.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant

  event/exhibition design work

  is mandatory.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience : 3 year or more
• Knowledge of

  stage lighting

  , AV layouts, and environment design.
• Ability to create

  AR/VR-ready visualizations

  (optional).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
