3D Designer / Visualiser / SketchUp / Lumion

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Interior Designer with a strong portfolio and expertise in concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, material selection, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovative design solutions, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior designs.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to bring concepts to life.
• Plan efficient layouts and spatial arrangements that optimize functionality and aesthetics.
• Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Work on FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, detailing, and specifications.
• Oversee on-site implementation to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers for seamless execution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high design standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
