Job Description:

We are looking for a talented 3D Designer (POSM) to join our creative team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in designing Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and other retail display elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design innovative 3D POSM displays, retail fixtures, kiosks, and branding materials.
• Create 3D renderings, mockups, and visual presentations for client approvals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all projects.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and production techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D design for POSM, retail, or exhibition environments.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and spatial design understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
