3D Architectural Visualiser

As a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Artist specializing in architectural visualization, you will be responsible for producing high-quality renderings and animations of buildings, interiors, and landscapes. Your collaboration with architects and designers will bring architectural concepts to life through photorealistic visual content for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals. Your key responsibilities will include creating accurate 3D models from CAD or BIM files, developing realistic textures and lighting, and producing a variety of visual outputs such as still renderings, panoramic views, walkthroughs, and flythrough animations. Collaboration with project stakeholders to interpret design briefs and ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards will be essential. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender, as well as expertise in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Twinmotion, are required. A strong understanding of architectural design principles, the ability to interpret architectural plans accurately, and familiarity with tools like Photoshop for post-processing and image enhancement will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in architectural visualization, possess excellent composition, lighting, and visual storytelling skills, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities. Additional skills in animation or video editing would be advantageous.
