3D Architectural Visualiser

As a 3D Visualizer, your role will involve creating and producing 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, interiors, exteriors, and environments. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to develop high-quality visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to create visually appealing renderings. - Proficiency in Enscape/D5 is mandatory for this role. - Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to accurately represent design concepts. - Apply knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography to enhance visualizations. - Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities. - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. - Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred). - Previous experience in the architecture, interior design, or visualization industry is a plus. - Showcase your proficiency in 3D visualization through a portfolio or demo reel of previous work. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of relevant work experience. - Ability to work full-time on-site in Kochi. - Day shift schedule. - Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
