3D Architectural Visualiser

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Visualizer located in Kochi. You will be responsible for creating and producing 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, interiors, exteriors, and environments. Working closely with architects, designers, and clients, you will develop and deliver high-quality visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts. To excel in this role, you should have experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Proficiency in Enscape/D5 is mandatory, along with the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints. A good grasp of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography is essential. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities will be crucial in meeting project requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will collaborate with team members and clients. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in the architecture, interior design, or visualization industry is advantageous. You are required to present a portfolio or demo reel showcasing your proficiency in 3D visualization. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is mandatory for this position.
