Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality visual effects for films, TV, or digital media.
• Develop realistic, fantasy, or stylized effects such as explosions, smoke, water, or magical elements.
• Integrate VFX seamlessly into live-action footage or 3D animations.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and animators to align visual effects with project goals.
• Use software tools to composite, track, and simulate effects.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging final products.
• Enhance video quality using color correction, sound mixing, and special effects.
• Organize and manage video assets for efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with content creators, directors, or clients to meet project objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and technologies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in VFX tools like Houdini, Nuke, Maya, or After Effects.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
• Knowledge of green screen compositing and motion tracking.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects (a plus).
• Strong storytelling and pacing skills.
• Familiarity with audio editing and synchronization.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality VFX work.
• Industry experience in a VFX production environment is a plus.
• Degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field .
• Experience in video editing for commercials, or digital content.
• A demo reel showcasing editing skills and creativity.
