Role & responsibilities

highly skilled 3D Generalist & Animation Expert

Animation, VFX, Game Design & Development, and AVGC education

hands-on

Train students in
end-to-end 3D production pipeline
:

Modeling (Hard Surface & Organic)
Texturing & Look Development
Lighting & Rendering
Animation (Basics to Advanced)

Deliver
practical, output-based sessions
, not just theory
Explain
real studio workflows
, naming conventions, optimization, and pipelines
Guide
group projects
like: Environment Creation, Game Assets & Props
Improve student output quality and job readiness
Mentor students for portfolios, demo reels, and interviews

Software Skills Required:

Maya, Blender, ZBrush
Substance Painter
3ds Max, AutoCAD
Unreal Engine (Environment / Game Assets)(Preferred)
Marvelous Designer
V-Ray(Preferred)

Experience & Requirements:

3-7+ years
of industry or training experience
Strong understanding of
3D fundamentals & pipelines
Prior teaching / mentoring experience preferred
Portfolio or Showreel mandatory
