🔍 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Minimum 1+ year of experience as a 360 recruiter
✔️ Solid understanding of NHS frameworks (especially RM6281 & All Wales NHS)
✔️ Knowledge of initial-level compliance processes
✔️ Experience in managing care home shifts & NHS bookings
✔️ A team player with a growth mindset and proactive attitude
