The room were small with no ventilation, and the bedsheets were not clean. Room service was extremely slow, making the stay even more frustrating.

I have already stayed at ster inn in Rome three times. The location is great, close to Termini train and subway station, the staff is very efficient and friendly. In my opinion this hotel is very good with continental breakfast.
