Service is absolutely terrible, the hotel refuses to deliver any parcels to the room, forcing the guests to go all the way down to collect even the smallest of packages. The rooms are great, but also some of the most expensive in the city, we booked the suite and the staff still went out of their way to inconvenience its guests.
