Staff behavior was literally unprofessional. They were like new to the hospitality sectors. Reputed Hotel chain like Lemon Tree needs to improve this. I'll rate 5/5 for rooms and location but service and staff behavior deserves in minus. Poor experience. Won't suggest to go there.

Worst experience by their staffs. Very delay service in everything. No proper parking area. No Valet parking. Only rooms are clean and good.

The rooms and the ambience etc was as per the standards of Lemon Tree. But the washroom is very small. Service was bad. Very very expensive food with limited menu. Restaurant incharge was rude and argued on the menu. Breakfast was nice. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not stay at this property ever again.
