2D/3D Designer/ Head Designer - Events

As a creatively driven and technically skilled 2D/3D Designer at Maximus Events, your role involves translating event briefs into captivating stage setups, exhibition spaces, thematic installations, and branding collaterals. You will collaborate closely with client servicing, strategy, and production teams to visually bring events to life both on screen and on the ground. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design 3D event setups such as stage layouts, exhibition booths, brand zones, kiosks, and other physical spaces based on client briefs. - Create high-quality 2D artworks for event branding including backdrops, standees, invites, banners, digital screens, and social media collaterals. - Interpret briefs and translate them into creative visuals and mockups in collaboration with the creative director and client servicing team. - Produce realistic 3D renders using appropriate lighting, textures, and proportions aligned with event themes and production feasibility. - Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, production capabilities, and budget parameters. - Coordinate with vendors and production teams to maintain design integrity throughout fabrication and on-ground execution. - Develop and manage design libraries, material boards, and thematic visual references. - Adjust designs promptly based on client feedback or sudden event modifications. - Keep abreast of trends in event staging, experiential environments, and design technology. **Key Requirements:** - Possess 3-6 years of experience in 2D and 3D design roles within the event, exhibition, or creative industry. - Showcase a strong portfolio featuring event designs, spatial layouts, brand zones, and render visuals. - Proficient in 3DS Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and V-Ray or similar rendering tools. - Have a good grasp of spatial planning, perspective, event branding, and structural feasibility. - Demonstrate the ability to multitask and handle multiple event projects within tight deadlines. - Exhibit a strong attention to detail and capability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Display a keen sense of color theory, typography, and composition. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Hold a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related creative field. - Be familiar with stage lighting, digital LED layouts, and large-format print specifications. - Have exposure to MICE events, brand activations, and large-format experiences.,
