About the Role: AINIMAX Part of Techokraft Productions is looking for a passionate and skilled 2D UI/UX design faculty expertise to join our academic team as a faculty member. The ideal candidate should possess solid industry experience in both graphic design and UI/UX domains, combined with a strong inclination towards teaching and mentoring aspiring creative professionals. This role involves delivering hands-on, industry-relevant training in top design and animation tools, with a key focus on user interface and experience design. Key Responsibilities: Academic Knowledge: Conduct structured lectures and practical workshops in: 2D Graphics and Animation UI/UX Design Audio-visual Editing Teach practical applications of: Photoshop – Digital illustration, concept art, image retouching Illustrator – Vector artwork, logo creation, infographics InDesign – Layout design for print and digital formats CorelDraw – Branding, packaging, and promotional design Animate CC – 2D character animation and motion graphics Audition – Voiceover syncing and post-production sound UI/UX Tools – Wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design using Figma or Adobe XD Course Development & Mentorship: Design and update course content, projects, and assignments aligned with industry needs Provide personalized feedback, portfolio reviews, and mentorship to students Foster creativity, design thinking, and a user-centric mindset in learners Candidate Profile:Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 2D or UI/UX design At least 1 year of teaching, training, or mentoring experience A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and UI/UX projects (web/app designs preferred) Sound knowledge of design principles, usability, and visual communication Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with a student-focused approach Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Animation, or Fine Arts Previous work in design studios, media production, or ed-tech environments Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and student evaluation tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,525.78 - ₹35,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Industry: 1 year (Preferred) Teaching : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
