2D Motion Graphics Artist

You will be working at Allen, an education powerhouse with 36+ years of experience in the coaching industry, mentoring over 30 L+ students and offering specialized coaching for competitive exams like JEE Main & Advanced and NEET. Allen is recognized for its comprehensive academic system, experienced faculty, and various learning platforms. As a creative Motion Graphic artist, your role will involve: - Designing and animating academic diagrams, flowcharts, and explainer assets - Syncing animations with narration and teaching pace in Post production/VFX - Collaborating with content writers, graphic designers, and editors - Utilizing motion templates, masks, shape layers, and expressions effectively - Ensuring brand consistency, style, and accuracy in all motion graphics content - Editing and enhancing raw video footage including cutting, syncing, colour correction, adding transitions, and sound integration - Creating engaging intro/outro animations, titles, lower-thirds, and infographic elements - Staying updated with the latest motion design trends, plugins, and animation techniques - Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality Key qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in DaVinci Fusion, Final Cut Pro Motion, Blender, and Nuke - Exposure to Adobe After Effects (optional) - Strong understanding of motion graphics - 3+ years of relevant experience preferred - Solid grasp of relevant and trending AI tools and platforms for improved productivity and creativity - Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and typography in motion - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset You will have the opportunity to work with a reputable organization like Allen, where you can showcase your creativity and skills in motion graphics to contribute to the educational industry.,
