Job Description

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer in our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, and activations. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in bringing our clients" visions to life. Key Responsibilities: - Create 2D layouts, event branding, and thematic concepts for a diverse range of events. - Design stage backdrops, standees, kiosks, flexes, banners, signage, invites, social media posts, and other collaterals. - Develop mockups and presentations to present to clients during pitches. - Collaborate with event managers, 3D designers, and production teams to ensure designs meet event requirements. - Modify designs based on client feedback while upholding quality and creativity standards. - Ensure all designs adhere to client branding guidelines and contribute to enhancing guest experience and event storytelling. - Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions and specifications for production. - Coordinate with vendors/printers to guarantee high-quality execution of designs. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
