Job Title: 2D Game Animator (Spine & Sprite Animation) Location: Noida (On-Site) Joining: Immediate Experience: 1–2 Years About the Role: We are looking for a 2D Animator who specializes in Spine and Sprite Animation to bring our characters and game elements to life. The ideal candidate should be able to create smooth, polished animations that reflect the style and quality shown in the reference video (shared during hiring). You will work closely with our art and development teams to deliver animations for in-game characters, attacks, idles, and transitions. Create high-quality Spine 2D animations (rigging, bone setup, character animation). Animate sprite-based game assets (idle, walk, run, attack, jump, hit, death, etc.). Replicate the stylized and game-ready animation style from the reference video. Optimize animations for mobile games. Work collaboratively with artists and developers to ensure animations fit gameplay and visual expectations. Implement quick feedback and deliver assets within tight timelines. Must-Have Skills: Expertise in Spine 2D (rigging + animation). Proficiency in sprite animation and cutout animation workflows. Strong understanding of timing, weight, and movement principles. Experience in creating game-ready animations (looping idles, attacks, transitions). Portfolio or demo reel matching the reference style is mandatory. Bonus Skills: Experience with game engines like Unity or Cocos. Knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, or other 2D tools. Basic understanding of game development pipelines.
