Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site instructor role for Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, English, and Aviation Counseling at Zonexa in Jaipur. The instructor will be responsible for delivering training programs, conducting practical sessions, evaluating students' performance, and providing guidance on interview preparation and job placements. The role includes creating and updating training materials and ensuring consistent, high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aviation, including flight attendant and aircraft-related skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in conducting training and counseling in relevant fields
• Professionalism and the ability to inspire and mentor students effectively
• Relevant certifications or degrees, with a preference for candidates with aviation industry experience
