Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer at ObserveNow. The Conference Producer will be responsible for tasks such as conference production, market research, communication, speaker acquisition, and event management.


What You'll Do:

  • Research industry trends and identify relevant topics
  • Connect with top CXOs, decision-makers, and thought leaders
  • Design event agendas and secure high-profile speakers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution


What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, event production, or B2B media
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Ability to manage timelines and multitask under pressure
  • A flair for storytelling and shaping conversations that matter
