This role is more about mentoring, listening, and helping students find the right path in their creative journey.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Connect with student leads from online campaigns

• Understand their interests and goals

• Offer the right guidance and counsel on creative education paths

• Work closely with the admissions and academic teams

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Strong English communication skills

• Freshers who are enthusiastic and empathetic

• Background in psychology, philosophy, humanities, or fine arts is a strong plus

• Ability to build trust and connect with young learners

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a people-first, creative environment
