Zypp Electric - Lead - Accounts Receivable - CA

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Professional with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to managing and optimizing the accounts receivable function.Only CA can applyKey Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable Management:- Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.- Monitor outstanding balances and implement effective credit control measures to minimize overdue accounts.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular AR aging reports and present actionable insights to senior management.- Analyze customer payment trends and recommend process improvements to enhance cash flow.Customer Relationships:- Act as the primary point of contact for AR-related inquiries and disputes.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment cycles.Process Optimization:- Identify inefficiencies within the AR processes and lead initiatives for process improvement and automation.- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.Team Leadership:- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Qualifications and Skills:- Education: Qualified CA with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- Experience: 4+ including 2 years in Big 4 (Audit/Assurance) and subsequent exposure to AR, collections, and finance operations in fast-paced environments.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
