Electrical Design Engineer Qualification: B.E Electrical Experience: 3 to 9Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner's & 15days only Responsibilities: Designing of Cables Harness Assemblies, Developing Electrical Interface Schematic and Interconnect involving electrical control panel parts, OEM power supplies, Protection Circuits, Control Circuits. Selections of OEM parts for the design. Preparing Drawings, engineering specification documents and Bom creation for C&H assemblies. Skills Requirement: Hands on experience in Electrical components selections (Control panel components), Circuit Sizing, Connectors and Cables for Harness assemblies based on Cable assembly application. Should have hands on experience on developing Electrical schematics, Interconnects, Cable and Harness design using E3S/ EPLAN / tool. Working knowledge in various UL508, CE, IPC standards used by Electrical & Cable industry. Should have understanding of different methods of Plant / Process Automation. Additional Skills having advantages: Working experience with Supplier / Vendors for resolving issues. Knowledge on Uni-Graphics and 3D cable routing. Familiar with Team center Engineering PLM Already worked in Engineering Change Management atmosphere. Executed projects working with North American groups. Preferred Industry: Design Engineer in machine tool industry / Automotive Ancillary / Aerospace.

To follow company policy / rules. Should have valid passport & ready to travel to the customer site abroad. The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working. To achieve these goals, You need to have Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering from reputed university. Sound knowledge of Zuken E3, Team Center / SAP with Min. 2 to 4 years of design experience in field of Port cranes or heavy machineries. We expect you to have good interpersonal skills . Sound knowledge of basics of Engineering Sound understanding of Preparation of Electrical drawings with Panel layout, SLD, Schematics, Bill of Material & Cable List. Good understanding in Cable & LV Switchgear selection. Hands on experience of AutoCAD / inventor will be addon. Experience in Lighting calculation using Dialux preferred. Ability to work in team Prior experience in Port cranes or any cranes is preferable. Control Panel Design Engineer Eligibility Criteria: Educational qualification: Bachelor Electrical Engineering Years of Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for executing Electrical Engineering technical disciplines with primary focus on design, development, modification of Electrical hardware systems. Selection of OEM components and materials for Power distribution box / control panel design. Creation of electrical schematics and system interconnects based on requirements received from cross-disciplinary teams Create and release engineering drawings & bill of materials using Engineering Change Management process Well versed with Part life cycle management, Obsolescence management activities Interact with PG counterpart in US Study and recommend corrective solutions for technical issues of varying complexities. Provide immediate response and timely resolution to design related production issues encountered during the build process Conduct Design review to get buy-in from all cross functional teams Mandatory Skills required to perform the job: Proficient in Control Panel Electrical Circuit Design / Power distribution boxes concepts Creation of electrical schematic diagram, control panel facility connections & field disconnects Must have worked on electrical engineering CAD tools like PCAD, ORCAD, ZUKEN or equivalent CAD packages for circuit design & simulation. Desirable Skill: Experience with capital equipment or similar (for e.g., process industries, medical instrumentation, automotive, aircraft, etc.) industry in a sub-system / module design projects. Experience in working with cross-disciplinary teams (including mechanical, electro-mechanical, software, process, manufacturing engineers) for major projects with multi-national work environment. Experience in selection of components, setting up equipment for experimentation / testing in laboratory environment, setting up safe practices. Knowledge in Engineering Change Management Process Detailed understanding of different standards and compliances like NEC, NFPA, UL 508, IEC standard, SEMI Standard (Electrical), etc.

Expert electrical spare parts management, BOM analysis, inventory optimization Extract & Analyse BOM from SAP, Identify & classify electrical components as spare parts or non-spares, (CE, UL, NFPA, IEC, NEC), Zuken E3, Eplan P8 or other design tools.
