Zscaler L2 Security Engineer

As a Zscaler L2 Security Engineer, your primary role will involve acting as an escalation point for Zscaler-related issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex security, networking, and performance-related issues. Working closely with vendors and internal teams, you will play a crucial role in resolving critical incidents effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the deployment and configuration of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). - Optimizing security policies, access control lists (ACLs), and traffic forwarding methods. - Managing integrations with SIEM, EDR, and other security tools. - Analysing and fine-tuning Zscaler performance metrics, such as latency, bandwidth, and routing. - Conducting deep packet inspection (DPI) and log analysis for security monitoring. - Designing and implementing web filtering, SSL inspection, data loss prevention (DLP), and sandboxing policies. - Enforcing zero-trust security principles across the organization. - Collaborating with SOC, NOC, and IT teams to align security policies with business requirements. - Creating detailed documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. - Providing training and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 teams. The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in Any Graduation and possess 3-7 years of experience in Zscaler L2 Security, troubleshooting, Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and packet capture analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump). Stay updated with the latest threats, attack vectors, and Radware product features to ensure proactive security measures are in place.,
