Role & responsibilities: Zscaler Administration & Operation Manage and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Perform day-to-day policy changes, security enhancements, and optimizations. Monitor and troubleshoot traffic forwarding methods (PAC files, GRE/IPSec tunnels, ZCC clients).
