Zonal Manager

As a Zonal Manager (3rd Line Manager) for one of our clients, a leading Pharmaceutical Company, your role will involve covering the East Zone in Kolkata and Karnataka & AP/ Telangana in Bangalore. You will report directly to the National Head and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and marketing activities in the designated zones. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, achieving targets, and expanding the market presence of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders - Provide regular reports and updates to the National Head on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities Qualifications Required: - Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Zonal Manager in a reputed pharmaceutical company - Experience in the Cardiac/Cardio Diabetic segment is preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field is required If you are passionate about pharmaceutical sales, have a proven track record of success as a Zonal Manager, and possess the required qualifications, we encourage you to send us your updated resume at jobs@careerpointplacement.com.
