Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily bakery production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards. Commercialized new products designed by NPD team.. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, processing, packaging, and logistics. Maintain accurate records of inventory management, cost control, and supply chain optimization. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry (bakery or confectionery). Bachelor's degree in Food Technology (B.Sc), MS/M.Sc(Science) or Master's degree in Food Technology from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of bakery products manufacturing processes including mixing techniques, oven temperature control systems etc.
