As a Zoho Implementation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the liaison between business requirements and Zoho solutions, by analyzing client workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and customizing Zoho applications to enhance efficiency. - Leading the end-to-end implementation process of Zoho solutions, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment phases to ensure a seamless and successful transition. - Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through each phase of the Zoho implementation journey with clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support to optimize their experience. - Leveraging your creativity to devise custom workflows, reports, and automations that elevate the utility of Zoho for each client and push boundaries. - Embracing an agile approach to project collaboration, utilizing Scrum methodologies to deliver projects punctually and within budget constraints. To be considered a suitable candidate, you should possess the following qualifications: - Over four years of experience exhibiting exceptional written and verbal communication skills, expertise in business workflow analysis and optimization, adept problem-solving abilities, adaptability to new technologies, in-depth knowledge of Zoho applications such as CRM, Desk, Books, People, proficiency in data migration, integrations, and customizations, and a strong team-oriented mindset. Additionally, the role necessitates technical proficiency in: - Implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator, and other related applications. - Crafting custom Deluge functions, proficient use of JavaScript, familiarity with flowchart tools like Miro, Draw.io, LucidChart, and adept troubleshooting skills for bugs, APIs, and Zoho-related challenges.
