Zoho Developer

We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist with hands-on experience in Kissflow (all versions) and Zoho (especially Zoho People, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Qntrl). The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational eUiciency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain Kissflow 20 ,40 and Zoho applications based on business requirements
• Design and implement automated workflows, approval hierarchies, and forms
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls across platforms
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management insights
• Integrate Zoho and Kissflow with third-party applications or internal systems(via APIs or connectors)
• Conduct testing, UAT support, and documentation of configurations and workflows
• Provide user training and support post-deployment to ensure smooth adoption
• Troubleshoot workflow or automation issues and coordinate with vendor supportif needed
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual business processes
• Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Kissflow (workflow configuration, process design, and reporting).
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem particularly Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Qntrl, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in form design, field rules, validation, and scripting(Deluge preferred).
• Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and data synchronization.
• Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is an advantage.
