Zoho Data & Reporting Analyst

As a highly motivated Data Analyst with proven expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, you will play a key role in designing and developing analytics, dashboards, and reports that empower our Sales, QC, and Operations teams with actionable insights. Your focus will be on providing data-driven support by delivering visibility into sales performance, CRM activities, and inventory analysis to enable smarter business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho (CRM, Analytics, Reports, or Creator) to provide actionable insights. - Deliver analytics to support sales performance tracking, task management, and pipeline visibility. - Partner with the QC team to create analytics that monitor and highlight inventory trends and availability. - Monitor and analyze CRM activity to ensure transparency and efficiency across the sales process. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, QC, and Operations) to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy. - Present analytical findings in clear, concise, and business-friendly formats. Qualifications & Requirements: - 3-4 years of professional experience working in the Zoho environment, with hands-on expertise in building dashboards and custom reports. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or database tools is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and actionable manner. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. - Background experience in Power BI.,
