Zoho Certified Trainer

As an experienced Zoho Certified Trainer, you will be responsible for training individuals or teams on how to effectively use Zoho tools for streamlining business operations. Your role will involve designing and delivering engaging training sessions on Zoho applications such as CRM, Zoho One, Projects, and Books. You will need to assess learners" needs, customize training modules, provide ongoing support, and develop training materials to ensure knowledge retention. It is essential to stay updated with Zoho's latest features and best practices to deliver effective training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Zoho applications like CRM, Zoho One, Projects, and Books. - Assess learners" needs and customize training modules accordingly. - Provide ongoing support and mentorship for knowledge retention. - Develop training materials, guides, and resources for participants. - Stay updated with Zoho's latest features and best practices.
