As an experienced Zoho Books Trainer, your role will involve delivering hands-on training sessions on Zoho Books accounting software. Your primary responsibility will be to educate individuals or teams on efficiently managing accounting operations using Zoho Books. This includes tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, GST/VAT compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom, online, or on-site training sessions on Zoho Books. - Design customized training modules for different learner levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. - Train participants in various aspects of Zoho Books, such as: - Setting up Zoho Books accounts. - Creating and managing invoices, bills, and expenses. - Performing bank reconciliation and journal entries. - Managing GST/VAT setup and filing. - Generating financial statements and reports. - Integrating with other Zoho/third-party apps. - Provide practical, scenario-based training using case studies. - Evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions and offer feedback. - Update training content to align with Zoho's feature updates. - Offer post-training support and clarification sessions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in Zoho Books and a strong understanding of accounting principles. - Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or ERP software instruction. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex financial concepts. - Familiarity with GST/VAT and Indian tax compliance (if applicable). The company prefers candidates with the following qualifications and experiences: - Certification in Zoho Books (if available). - Experience with other Zoho Finance Suite apps like Zoho Inventory or Zoho Expense. - Exposure to Gulf VAT, particularly for trainers targeting Middle East clients. Please note that this is a part-time, freelance position with flexibility in work schedules, including day shift, evening shift, fixed shift, Monday to Friday availability, morning shift, night shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability.
