Zoho Automation Specialist

As an emerging firm at Acuitas International focused on innovative, tech-driven bookkeeping and accounting solutions, you will have the opportunity to work as a Zoho Automation Specialist on a need-based/project basis. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the founder, a Chartered Accountant, to streamline and automate internal and client-facing workflows using Zoho Flow and Deluge script. This position has the potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity in the future. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Zoho Flow and Deluge Script (Zoho's scripting language). - Debug and optimize existing workflows and scripts. - Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and propose tech-driven automation. - Document solutions, build scalable logic, and share learnings internally. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong logical thinking and a problem-solving mindset. - Exposure to programming/scripting (even if basic). Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering preferred. - Willingness and ability to learn Zoho's Deluge scripting language quickly. - Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude. **Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory):** - 6-18 months of experience working with Zoho (Books, CRM, Flow, Creator, or Forms). - Basic understanding of REST APIs and how different systems communicate. - Prior internship or freelance experience in automation or CRM configuration. - Understanding of accounting or finance processes is a plus but not required.
