Our mission is to power every journey with convenience and sustainability. Job Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer servicing, manage B2B calls, and support sales initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Handle inquiries related to EV charger installations, usage, warranty, and troubleshooting. Manage and nurture relationships with B2B clients, including corporates and channel partners. Conduct follow-up calls for leads, demos, and ongoing sales discussions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales (EV/tech background preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of EV chargers or willingness to learn. Role Overview We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager who can own our brand presence , campaign execution , and lead generation efforts across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking with analytical rigor, and deeply understand the Indian EV ecosystem.
