Job Description – Site Engineer (Solar C&I Projects) Position: Site Engineer – Solar EPC (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted C&I Projects) Location: Project sites in industrial regions (Mumbai/Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru/Chennai). Frequent travel/long site postings expected. Reporting To: Project Manager Role Objective To supervise and execute on-site installation of solar EPC projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress as per design and project plan. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily installation activities (module mounting, structure erection, cabling, inverter & LT/HT panels, earthing, etc.). Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and labour teams for smooth execution. Verify work against drawings and BOQ. 2. Quality & Safety Ensure compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and safe installation practices. Conduct on-site quality checks and inspection of materials and workmanship. Maintain site checklists, quality reports, and handover documentation. 3. Material & Resource Management Track and manage receipt of materials at site; maintain stock records.
